Surrounded by Calaveras ranch land, this modern ranch house is a bold accent to the landscape. The home features custom tile and cabinetry, stunning light fixtures, and fun flooring choices. The beautiful second story back deck makes the most of the Calaveras County views that surround this stylish home. This custom home was built during the COVID pandemic and the project was subject to all the challenges that came along with that. The finished product is a testament to problem solving, flexibility, and innovation on the part of the whole team. We are all so pleased with how this project turned out and how we were able to overcome the challenges of the time and bring this dream to fruition.

This area of Mountain Ranch, California was devastated by the Butte Fire in 2015. Four years later, the land is beginning to recover and this lovely new custom home is complimented nicely by the surrounding landscape. Completed in 2019, the home features wrap around porches, custom cabinetry, open beam ceilings, and a waterfront view creating the perfect mountain getaway.
