John Allen - Owner
John directly oversees all projects at John Allen Construction. He has 25 years of experience in the construction trade and since starting John Allen Construction, he has been hired to develop and complete projects by the City of Angels, City of Jackson, Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, Calaveras County, Bear Valley Ski Resort, Dignity Health, as well as by numerous small businesses and home owners.

Eric Ruthrauff - Finish Supervisor
Eric supervises the finish carpentry crew and coordinates the finish subcontractors. He learned the trade from his dad as a young man, and after a stint in the timber industry, he returned to carpentry and has been building houses for the past 25 years or more. He estimates he has worked on hundreds of homes throughout the Calaveras and Amador county region. He is a skilled and experienced craftsman who also happens to be very personable and a good listener, making him a pleasure to work with for every homeowner.

Kate Allen - Business Administration
Kate coordinates the office administration including client correspondence, construction loan administration, marketing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, insurance, and human resources. She is always happy to answer any question you may have about the building process, construction loans, and cost estimates.
